After contacting us, our customer service team will conduct a FULL INVESTIGATION into your order. IF IT IS DISCOVERED THAT THE PRODUCTS WERE DAMAGED AT OUR FAULT, YOU WILL RECEIVE A BRAND NEW EXCHANGE OF THE ITEM(S) AND A STORE CREDIT. THERE ARE NO RETURNS/REFUNDS. ONLY EXCHANGES ON DAMAGED ITEMS.
